If your project is urgent or has a specific deadline, please make sure this is clearly noted in your submission so it can be prioritized appropriately.

  • We’re always happy to answer basic questions, provide general guidance, and assist with minor artwork adjustments at no cost. For projects that require more extensive support, such as garment sourcing, detailed artwork preparation, product development, or in depth planning, dedicated consultation services are available at a rate of $100 per hour.

    Consultations include expert advisory, a direct line of communication with our production team, and a scheduled video call session to review your project in detail. You’ll receive personalized recommendations on garments, decoration methods, artwork preparation, and execution to ensure your project is set up for the highest possible quality and production outcome.

    Consultation fees may be waived or credited for long term partnerships at our discretion.
