STANDARD PRODUCTION TIMELINE (10-20 BUSINESS DAYS)

Our standard production timeline is estimated at 10 to 20 business days from the time payment is received. This timeline is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Actual production time may vary depending on project size, complexity, garment type, artwork readiness, supplier availability, and current production capacity. Simple, straightforward projects with production ready artwork may occasionally be completed sooner without requiring a rush fee, while larger runs, high color prints, multiple print locations, or specialty processes may require additional time. In some situations, production timelines may extend beyond 20 business days depending on these factors.

RUSH PROGRAMS

Projects requiring shorter turnaround times may be eligible for priority production scheduling. Rush and handling fees are assessed based on the requested timeline, order complexity, and current production availability.

Priority Scheduling (6-9 BUSINESS days)

Best suited for projects that need to move ahead in our production queue without requiring an immediate turnaround. This tier provides elevated scheduling priority and dedicated production attention within our facility, helping ensure your order stays on track for tighter deadlines.

Expedited Production (3 to 5 business days)

Expedited production is designed for tighter turnarounds that require immediate intake, artwork confirmation, and active scheduling coordination. These orders are prioritized internally and require fast approvals and clear communication to stay on track.

Emergency Production (1 to 2 business days)

Emergency production is reserved for highly time sensitive projects that require immediate turnaround. Orders must be fully production ready, including approved artwork, confirmed quantities, cleared payment, and all goods received.

Because accommodating these projects often requires adjusting existing production schedules and allocating additional resources, availability is extremely limited and subject to current shop capacity. This tier carries a higher cost premium due to the operational impact required to prioritize and complete the order on such a compressed timeline.

Rush premiums typically range from 15% to 50%, depending on timeline requirements, order complexity, and current production capacity.

Rush production only covers scheduling priority within our facility. It does not account delays related to suppliers, shipping transit to or from our facility, or issues such as weather or other disruptions.

Any customer supplied goods must arrive sorted and ready for production. Additional sorting, unpacking, or preparation may add handling time and fees which can affect rush timelines.

All rush and priority orders are subject to availability.
