HEAT TRANSFERS

DTF TRANSFERS (DIRECT-TO-FILM)

When it works best:

  • A good choice when overall feel and perfect color matching are not the top priority. The print will look bold, but colors may not match Pantones exactly.

  • Artwork with many colors, gradients, or fine detail. DTF captures tiny text, shadows, fades, and photo-style images with sharp clarity. If your design is visually complex, DTF usually prints it very true to what you see on screen.

  • Decorating a wide variety of garments. DTF applies to cotton, blends, polyester, canvas, and some performance fabrics. It is a strong solution when other methods might require more steps or struggle to adhere cleanly.

SCReEN PRINTED TRANSFERS

When it works best:

  • When color accuracy and overall quality matter most. Screen printed transfers use solid ink that gives clean, consistent color and a premium look similar to traditional screen printing. Color count may be limited depending on the design.

  • Designs that will be pressed over time. Transfers can be stored and applied on demand. This helps avoid extra inventory and makes reorders simple and fast.

  • Garments that need strong durability and long lasting color. Screen printed transfers hold up through repeated washing and keep their vibrancy. Since the color is laid down as solid ink rather than blended CMYK, it stays bold and consistent.
